CONCEALED HANDGUN LICENSE:
Our classes are all inclusive and at our location. Your fee includes classroom instruction, handgun proficiency testing at our indoor air-conditioned range
and provide a certificate of successful completion. Concealed Handgun License Classes are 10 Hour minimum, as required by the State, and are offered

The fee is $125.00. VALLEY METRO provides all preliminary documentation plus notary services

Concealed Handgun License Renewal Classes are 4 hours as required by the state, plus an hour dedicated to the application process, and are
held in one session, weekday evenings or weekend days. Fee is $75.00.

MIXED MARTIAL ARTS (MMA) TRAINING AND GRAPPLING CLASSES: (ADULTS)

Valley Metro is the training host for Competition Team KOBUSHI of the RGV Warriors Alliance.
With convenient training schedules, affordable fees, the finest facilities and Professional instruction, Valley Metro & Team Kobushi is the best choice for
Mixed Martial Arts training. Although we implement the "Buddy System" of instruction (two-man training team) we strongly encourage individuals to enroll
& match with an Academy assigned training partner.
Instructor: Antonio Zarzoza, 2nd. Degree Black Belt in Judo, 3rd. Degree Black Belt in Atemi Ju-jitsu & Karate-Do Shito-Ryu,
former National Team Member and International Competition Medallist.
Training Fee: $10.00 per training session.

SUBJECT CONTROL & DEFENSIVE TACTICS FOR POLICE/CORRECTIONS OFFICERS:
Valley Metro in partnership with SDS Tactical Solutions Corp. brings this Tactical Training Course to all Law Enforcement professionals.
This course implements the Strike Defense System, the revolutionary training method that is now changing the perspective of Reality-Based Subject Control
& Defensive Tactics Training for Police and Corrections Officers. This course addresses control against all levels of subject's resistance, from passive and
defensive resistance to aggravated combative resistance.
This course includes, ground control tactics, rapid control & restraint techniques, mechanical control tactics, close-quarters combat, weapon retention and
team arrest tactics utilizing the Control-Cover, T.R.A.P. technique and Shielding Restraint Team Tactics.
All SDS Instructors are active Law Enforcement, TCLEOSE licensed instructors and active members of the American Society of Law Enforcement Trainers,
the International Society of Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association and the International Police Defensive Tactics Institute. This course is
open only to active Law Enforcement Officers, Police, Corrections, Probations, Parole and Detention Officers.
